2024
The "Operator" and Golden Grove minutes, of meeting on 15 November 2024 at request of the Committee.
Relates to Gardening, LN to advise when replanting due to start, Roxanne and communication with Residents, complaints to be on maintenance form, Spraying of weeds by residents, Pool table lines, Mens shed, Management fee, Electricity contract and Residents Committee, No Phone for Nick, Roof Vents, Updating communication channel, Painting of Units, Hand Rails, Block out blinds, No outside blinds, No blinds for verandahs, Coordinator sitting in back room, Cleaning chairs.

Minutes of 29 October 2024 meeting at the The Ferns Village.
Business Arising. The meeting included Council rates, Bowling Green updates, NBN Upgrade.
General Business. Aims and objectives of Northern Regional Inter Village Committee, Communication, Common issues, Strategising and Planning, Working together, Inviting LSA when required, Pool and Spas, Garden maintenance, Employment of garden and maintenance person in lieu of as hoc system, examination of costs of outsourcing and employyed staff.
Finances Management fees and Staff wages, Upgrading Units while occupied and after, SARVRA some villages opting out, ATO request for ABN to determine not for profit or not with some villages having ABN and others not.
Minutes of 30 July 2024 meeting at the The Gardens Village.
The meeting included, a less than optimal gardening that was requiring contractors to be used. Council rate reduction for the Gardens, the Ferns and the Elms is being sought by those villages from respective Councils. Volunteer Insurance was raised and a response from the Operator informed that volunteer insurance is applicable where "Food & Beverage guidelines apply", Read more. Bowling Green refurbishments other villages. Finances for villages and Association determinations. No NBN in some villages, and copper wiring, removal of additions by residents.

Minutes of the 7 July 2017 meeting at Golden Grove village.
Discussion on solar systems, Coordinators time spent on selling, refurbishing units, one management committee in each village, departure costs and company to provide meals in villages.
Minutes of 1 November 2017 meeting at The Sands village.
Included at this meeting were, new gardening, preventative maintenance inspections, test kitchen, 10% LS charge on visiting businesses selling to residents, insurance cover on external trips, surplice deficit policy, lack of communication on policy changes and security.
